By attending the study visits, you will:
- Learn about various preschool/early childhood education and care education systems (insight into profiles of kindergarten teachers, size of departments, norms, organization of preschool education, financing, national curriculum and similar)
- Get insight into pedagogical practice in kindergartens from different countries (get insight into the daily routine, learn about quality interactions, get inspired by learning environments, and inclusive practices etc.)
- Get the opportunity to increase the level of competence for reflection on pedagogical practice
- Raise the competencies of ensuring quality ECEC practice with a special emphasis on inclusion.
